Yes they do but Walmart Coupon Policy specifically states that they Accept Competitor Coupons however there are a few quick clarifications that need to be made:

• The Coupon Must have a Specific Item Listed
• The Coupon Must have a Size Listed
• The Coupon Must have the Final Price of the Item Listed

Most Target Coupons are a Dollar Off Value (For Example $1 Dove bodywash) – These Target Coupons do not specify a Size, or have the Final Price so they are not accepted at Walmart
